About Optimum Massage
Optimum Massage has been providing massage therapy services since September of 2007. The office was located within a group of very talented providers of various health care fields in Springfield called The Integrative Health Group. As of January 1, 2009, Optimum Massage has been located at 143E Shaker Road in East Longmeadow.
Optimum Massage provides massage therapy for a variety of clients from pre-teen to elderly. Each individual client's needs are the focus of every session. At Optimum Massage, you will not receive a "cookie cutter" massage. Instead, your therapist will check in with you at the beginning of each appointment to customize your therapy session.
There are many different reasons that people need massage therapy. Aside from the therapeutic benefits, massage has become more popular as a "need" rather than as a "treat". At Optimum Massage, the types of massage available are:

About Julianne Donahue
Julianne (Julie) was raised in East Longmeadow, MA where she now resides with her husband and four children. In 2006, as a member of Phi Theta Kappa (the honor society of the two year college), she graduated with highest honors from Springfield Technical Community College. She earned an Associates Degree in Science in Massage Therapy and received the STCC class of 2006 Outstanding Academic Achievement Award. Julie also holds an Associates Degree in General Studies from the same college.
As a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, Julie proudly provides massage therapy while upholding strict moral and ethical standards.
Julie has previously worked in the health care field as a Certified Nursing Assistant and as a supervisor of a medical office affiliated with Central Maine Medical Center.
